- Support documentation process of checking & confirming patient eligibility

- Notice results of patient eligibility to HCP

- Provide documentations of eligible patients to KOEDC

- Manage operations of drug delivery for PSP

- Communicate internal & external stakeholders for drug delivery

- Manage documentations related to PSP

- Handling inbound call/email on queries regarding PSP drug delivery

- Update the PSP status to KOEDC  or Global CSL Vifor

- Report safety issues to market authorization holder if detected
